ISU ties for fifth in Missouri

Iowa State's men's golf team tied for fifth place Tuesday at the 15-team Mizzou Intercollegiate.

The Cyclones’ three-round score of 885 tied them with Kansas and Wyoming.

Nebraska won the meet with an 857. Kansas State (858), Missouri (867) and St. Mary’s (873) rounded out the top four.

ISU’s Ben Herrera tied for fourth with a 214, while Nathan Leary and Nate McCoy tied for 31st with a 224.

Nebraska’s Brandon Crick and Kansas State’s Curtis Yonke tied for first with a 211.
